Engines Only 90 day warranty

Engines Only is committed to providing our customers with high-quality used Cummins engines and excellent customer service. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. All of our engines undergo a rigorous inspection process, including compression testing and a running test, prior to sale.

This warranty covers used Cummins engines purchased from Engines Only and applies for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the engine block, crankshaft, cylinder heads, and connecting rods. It does not cover any consequential damages, labor costs for removal or installation, or any other components not explicitly mentioned.

Warranty Limitations:

• This warranty is void if the engine is subjected to abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation or maintenance.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by contaminants such as water, dirt, or foreign objects.
• The warranty does not cover change of mind.
• This warranty is void if the cylinder head is removed without the prior written consent of Engines Only.
• This warranty is void if oversized injectors, governor springs, or aftermarket turbos are installed on the engine.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the engine for warranty repair or replacement.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and return the engine to Engines Only for inspection at the customer's expense. If the engine is found to be defective within the warranty period, Engines Only will repair or replace the engine at its discretion.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking:

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
